Today, we extended a special, festive thank you to our incredible partners at GMFRS Littleborough Community Fire Station for their support in delivering the vital first aid block of our programme to our groups from 10 schools across the borough.
The whole team there have been fantastic and we look forward to continuing this long term and positive relationship through which our young people not only gain valuable skills, they also get a look at life in the fire & rescue service and with that valuable potential career insights which may inform their future aspirations, pathways and motivation.
Last year we supported the team with some technical kit but this year our thankyou involved keeping the team well fed & watered, a personal touch with the mugs & also festive wishes.
