We’re proud to have partnered with the EBFT – Elaine Bain Family Trust to deliver their first-ever construction careers programme, opening doors for young people across our local communities.
Hosted at our Hollinwood Junction site in Oldham, the four-week initiative welcomed over 80 students, offering hands-on insight into the construction industry. From site walkarounds to learning about real career pathways, each session was designed to build confidence, spark interest, and show what’s possible.
Working closely with EBFT, the programme was tailored to support learners who benefit most from additional guidance, combining mentoring, practical experience, and real-world exposure to help them take meaningful steps towards their futures.
