Culinary dishes have again tripped around the world and cultures but included a detour from plan to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
Local travel and experiences have included visits to media city & the Imperial War Museum using public transport ( trains n trams) , groups completed the cycle of winter sports tasters at Chillfactore and a visit to Museum of Science & Industry ( MOSI) also took place.
We are starting planning towards next academic year which has been supported by feedback from our review conference ‘You, Us, Now & the Future’ which saw some budding chat hosts under our studio lights , valuable , honest feedback and personal reflections on progress, achievements and skills development.
